"Basic, no frills, but clean, comfy & safe feeling. Appreciated the unexpected free upgrade to a King Suite. Close proximity to PNC Music Pavilion, which was why were there. Didn't use the pool area because of timing, but I often choose hotels taking their pool area into consideration & I would have been disappointed if I had booked this hotel for the pool area. Tiny pool at the back of the hotel. Pool area just seemed kind of gloomy-ish overall. Free basic continental breakfast was edible, but nothing special. No OJ, due to shortage was weird. Oh, and the elevator. One didnt seem to be working at all & the other had a blinky fire dept light that was kind of unsettling. "

"I just want to give a Huge shout out and thank you to this Great wolf lodge in concords n.c. staff!!!They are absolutely amazing..to the the girl who checked us in and the staff that threw the dance parties and pool dance parties for the kids!!!This place had the best,most friendly staff I have ever dealt with!!They where amazing with kids and it was absolutely epic!!!our family had the best fun filled time every moment we where there.This place absolutely is the go to when planning a vacation for yourselves or with your kids!!!I highly recommend the great wolf lodge in concord nc...They had free events for the kids every 30 minutes to the hour all day long for kids..Not to mention the pool dance parties and the water park!!We have been many times before,but this time the staff and the amazing things they had planned for the kids and family was top notch ..the best!!!everything was a breeze and the great wolf lodge employees have excellent customer service!!!I would give them a 100 starts if I could!!!It was mo ey well spent and totally worth it...We are already planning our next trip there!!!"
