"All the staff we came into contact with were very polite, helpful and extremely welcoming. The room, bar & restaurant were lovely with excellent service in the bar area and in the restaurant during breakfast. We had an issue with noise levels on our first room and the reception team offered to move us to a different room immediately and without any inconvenience to us. "
