S'agissant d'un hôtel qui se veut de luxe, la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur des ambitions : meubles en bois de piètre qualité et assez abîmés. La douche était malpropre dans les coins et de la crasse était incrustée autour de l'évacuation du lavabo. Les plats au restaurant étaient insipide et le petit-déjeuner passable.
