"I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. "

"Rooms facing hyway are very noisy, had to remind them every day to do my room, because of low occupancy they shut down 1 lift very inconvenient not my problem, overall wasn’t to bad there are other hotels in the area that are equal if not better "

"The service was excellent particularly the courteous staff. They also served variety of food menu which is really delicious and lots of choices. The price is reasonable. They perfectly maintained the place and support the environment by installing solar power system within the island."

Madonna Hometel and Suites

"I normally stay in the other Madonna property in Panabo but thought I would give this one a try. Mistake for sure. Walking up to hotel security was watching phone and didn't acknowledge us. Reception did not have reservation in system. I went to use restroom in lobby and when I exiting some burly short-haired woman (sorry best I can do as no name tags) barked "what are you doing here?". Not exactly hospitable. Comfortable enough bed and good air con. No bottled water in room. Finally the "cooked to order" breakfast listed on Hotels.com is non-existent and the space looks like it has been empty for a long while. Save yourself the extra USD $25 and stay at the other Madonna property with their lovely kind staff and better location. "
