"In a good location, felt safe. Tons of restaurants nearby. Gate is hard to open. Rooms are clean though and there are four different security points to basically get in your room. Blinds are electric!! If you try to move them manually they break."

Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. "Never experienced this before with Expedia. Host never contacted or sent me any information on check in. I had to contact around 10pm and thankfully they answered after calling multiple times. I was given a code for a lock box and there was no key inside had get buzzed into the building and search for a key in other pad locks. Very disorganized. I was under the impression this was a hotel room not a room in an apartment with other strangers , it gave hostel vibes. Very disappointed. Only thing...
