"Awful odor on third floor. No breakfast. We tried to get breakfast at 7:00am and there was no eggs which was what was being served in their “continental breakfast”. So much for the free breakfast."

"Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was told we could use the sister hotel’s hot tub and pool. Hot tub was half full and was advised it didn’t warm up. It is outdated and dirty looking. Door to the room, you had to hold down the handle to shut. All around a fail."

"Clean room. Good location. Convenient restaurant attached to hotel. Only issue was our TV wouldn't work. "

"I reserved a room with a king size bed; upon checking in we were informed that the king rooms weren't cleaned so they were putting us in a queen/queen room....not what I wanted and reserved. Their idea of making it right was by giving on $10 credit for breakfast or dinner. We didn't eat either there so that didn't benefit us whatsoever. They also don't do daily housekeeping so keep your towels hung up! The television needs replacement; it had strange lights all over the screen. The room smelled musty. The vent in the bathroom was called in dust. The bathroom walls need cleaning. I don't think these are housekeeping issues; I think it's management not making sure the property is kept up. I love how the lobby smelled lovely but the room floors are musty. Move that scent upstairs! We unfortunately had a neighbor who talked LOUD on her phone all night so the walls are paper thin. It wasn't the worst experience but not the best either."

"Everything was great except for the one roll of toilet paper they give you for 6 people and the amount of towels and rags. I didn’t have trouble requesting and receiving more though from the staff."

"Breakfast was good! Cheese omelets, egg patties, sausage patties, biscuits / gravy, fried potatoes, waffles, and all the normal extras (fruits, yogurts, toast/bagels, oatmeal/grits). Room was very clean, surprisingly even the pull out sofa bed. Beds were firm, but comfortable & A/C got cold!! The pool was closed most of the weekend, but when it did open it was dirty. Felt safe in the location, was able to walk down the street at night without any issues."
