"Clean and spacious room! Very convenient being able to text your housekeeping needs, from more towels, trash taken out ,more coffee ect. Love that they have laundry and dryer on every floor ! Breakfast Buffett was good ! But their specialty breakfast on Thursdays and Fridays( loco moco, French toast, breakfast sandwhich , avocado toast ) was a bit hectic , people were waiting almost 1 hour for their food . Probably should keep the breakfast buffet all weekdays and on Thursday/friday provide a station with those options But overall we loved our stay, staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious! Great pool and beach access is very close. We would come back "

"The hotel is older but its clean and nice. The people are friendly. I love watching the ocean from our lanai in the morning. The location is amazing. Close to black rock for snorkeling and whalers village for shopping and restaurants. It was a 4 minute walk to whalers village and about 4 minutes to blackrock. The beach is amazing. This really is one of the best beaches in the world. The Ohana pickleball club is a few minutes from the resort which was a plush. The vallet crew were very friendly. Especially enjoyed my interactions with Ron. I would stay here again. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit cup and the banana bread from the little store they have at the hotel."

"The room was very nice. I suggest the west side of the building for nice beach view. Beautiful surroundings, only surprising disappointment was unfriendly staff. Over all a great vacation. Mahalo"

"Best spot for us in Kihei! Walk to beaches, great food nearby, shuttle driver to take us to shopping, further beaches & restaurants. Beach chair rental at hotel. Super friendly staff. I love the pool and pool bar with food. Live music that sets the mood at night. I can't wait to return. Our trip was perfect. "

"Beach chairs cost $150 per and you have to get up at 5:45am if you want a pool chair. The pool was dirty"

"The property is gorgeous. Large hotel, beautifully decorated, gorgeous pools especially the kids pool which had slides even fun for adults. They also let you use the pool at the Hyatt vacation club which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Really delicious food and the most beautiful scenery with a waterfall, pond and swans. If there was a complaint the only thing is the beach portion was a little short but if you walk next door they have a bigger beach that you can access. Our room was an ocean front view and quite large. Very comfortable and beautiful view. The staff was excellent as well. We will be back. Loved it! "

"We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. This don’t feel family friendly. But the pools were gorgeous and the it was all very beautiful and welcoming outside of that one issue. "
