"We originally had a reservation at another hotel advertised as pet friendly. When we arrived they refused to honor our reservation because our dog wasn't less than 30#(website never listed a weight restriction). I immediately called the nearby Hampton Inn and they couldn't have been more welcoming! Christina, the desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel welcomed. She helped us access some of the amenities that we needed and did everything with a smile and professional manner! Our room clean, beds very comfortable."
