"The staff are very friendly, the property is lovely and the breakfast has a lot of variety. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been very pleased with our stay. The heated garage is a bonus in the winter."

"Everyone says this hotel is dirty and very old,all lies this hotel is extremely clean and up to date, staff is extremely helpful & friendly only request would be coffee in the lobby like all hotels I’ve stay at, but other then that 10/10 an it’s in prime location for shopping, site seeing, lots of restaurants and bars to pick from this is a gorgeous hotel it’s cleaner then the delta this hotel should get 4 1/2 stars out of 5, this hotel is very safe parking is underground an very secured, parking is cheaper then hotel prices but overall we will be back soon.."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff (especially Sooraj, who was kind enough to switch us from the second floor to the first). Breakfast was free but underwhelming. The area is not so appealing but it's fine for the price, and everything is within a short driving distance."

"Breakfast here was good, no juice dispenser working, however, they did have cranberry in a jug. $25.00 for the dog to sleep on the floor was much. The cost of a room in Saint John was also to much, no cheaper options were available unless we were a hour away! Plenty of food options not far from the hotel!"
