A beautiful place for an overnight stay - clean, new and the futon bedding was very comfortable. The public bath was quiet and peaceful and we also enjoyed the private bath in our room. We had dinner in our room which was delicious.
Extremely spacious room, very friendly & helpful staff, amazing private open air Onsen in room (although the noises from surrounding buildings kind of ruin the serenity), & despite the questionable street around the corner we accidentally walked through, would happily stay again
The staff and their service was excellent!!
The room was spacious and beautiful Japanese style including the private hot spa.
Both their dinner and breakfast were beautiful and delicious!! They treated us like a king and a queen! Very well trained and friendly staff. I’d like to stay there again.
The best hotel I have stayed in Japan. Staff were friendly and nice. They went an extra mile in helping us with one of our transport questions. Their facilities especially the onsen in the room was amazing.
Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped. We really appreciated being able to choose our own yukata upon arrival — such a lovely traditional touch. The private onsen in the room was a dream, and the public onsen was large and included a very relaxing jacuzzi. From start to finish, this was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
Thank you for everything!
My room is with open air bath. It is perfect. It is big and cozy. The bath is super nice.
Dinner and breakfast are very delicious.
The front desk girls are helpful and super nice.
We enjoyed so much. Ichiban!!!!!!!
The hotel was overall amazing. Staff were quick to greet me and helped me with my luggage. They had information in both Japanese and English. The room itself was very nice. Had a very classic Japanese appeal with modern amenities that I greatly appreciated it. They give a yukata for each day to maintain cleanliness. The private onsen itself was very clean and spacious. The futon was fluffy and comfortable enough that you couldn’t feel the floor beneath. Location was nice and easily walkable although there is a bit of a hill to get to the hotel. Minutes away is the shopping area that leads to Dogo Onsen. The shopping area has a lot of good food and local gifts.
Beautiful room with amazing Onsen! Staff were very helpful. This hotel is located uphill from the main Dogo Onsen area and takes a few minutes of walking up the hill to get there, and there is no store or restaurant within 3-minutes walk. We didn't eat in but you probably should. We asked the hotel to call a taxi a couple of times and both times they tried very hard but couldn't find a car... Really?? No complaints to the hotel itself but I may want to stay at another hotel closer to the train station next time.
A beautiful serene hotel with amazing staff, lovely public and private onsens (tattoos are welcome), exceptional food, and conveniently located just a short walk from the dogo onsen and the tram station.
This stay was everything I wanted from an onsen hotel - the convenience of having your own bath, half board meals in the room. この度は温泉と料理と人(特に大野さんには感謝です)、全部癒されました!
