"One night stay prior to early morning fishing trip. Office was open and attendant was cheerful. Air conditioning was already working in our room. Room was clean and everything worked. Plenty of parking. We will be back!"

"A great location and it is quiet. There are quiet hours and people actually adhere to them. We were by the pool and had a great night of sleep. The room was clean, smelled clean when we went in and was very roomy for 4. You have your own numbered parking spot, in and out is easy. You are walking distance to their private fishing pier, there is also a pavilion to sit and just watch the water. Shopping is right down the road and Corpus is 30 mins away. No complaints at all and will definitely be back."
