"Immaculately clean, impeccably appointed and impressively comfortable! The host had thoughtful touches in every room and in every interaction. Also the location is unbeatable! Near the beach and tasty eateries. And the icing on the cake was the adorable mid century modern style decor. Our special trip was even more special thanks to our stay at the Cape Coddage. "

"The house is beautiful with lots of room. We were four couples and we never felt we were on top of each other. The enclosed outside deck was a comfortable place to sit and talk in the evening without being bothered by insects. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable; my wife and I had the Bee Room, which was decorated with bee motifs everywhere. It's a short walk (through a beautiful neighborhood) to the waterfront where we used the hosts' kayaks to paddle around John's Pond. The Shining Sea bikeway Falmouth parking lot is a short drive away and we biked down to Woods Hole for lunch. Very nice. The hosts were very receptive both before our rental date and during. There was a problem with the front door electronic lock, but a call to the host provided an alternate way to get in. We definitely recommend this property."
