"I spent two weeks at ONOMO and everyday something is broke. The TV in my room did not work for five days and one to fix it. Many times the towels were still dirty. No shampoo the entire stay."

"The drinks were not diverse. They only had fruit cocktails, orange juice. They did not include Apple Juice/Cranberry Juice. Language barrier, most of the hotel staff cannot speak English. This was terrible They need to improve on that."
