The interesting hotel a little bit out of the way. Quite an adventure to get here, but was able to book a boat tour of the Amalfi coast directly from the dock. It left too early to even have a coffee, but the tour was delightful.

Great place! Foods awesome. Drinks are plenty and nice little beach with soft black sand! They provide a shuttle to parking and the closest bus stop so its easy to get around.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, this place was perfect. It came as a little bit of a surprise how far the parking was, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly with their free shuttle to and from. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Baio di Puolo. We thought we would have difficulty getting around and taking water taxis to other locations. The Hotel provides the opportunity to take its own day trips which are available right at the marina steps away from the hotel. The morning buffet could use some attention, the breakfast is the same everyday, but always fresh.

Beautiful place, amazing staff, and amazing food. Great views, the beach is private and wonderful. Slightly difficult to get to town aka Sorrento. If you are okay with walking and the bus it’s about 20 minutes. The hotel has a shuttle driver that will take you to the top and pick you up. Overall 10/10 and will be going back!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Baia di Puolo. The room was basic but clean, with a TV, fridge, phone, safe and hairdryer. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was the highlight, with the beach right on the doorstep and beautiful views of Mount Vesuvius. There were also four good-quality restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a shuttle service by car to the top of the hill, where you can catch the bus into town. A lovely place for a relaxing seaside break. However the furnishings are bit outdated, if the hotel invested in some modern furniture, it could be even more comfortable.

This is a beautiful fishing village where the resort is located. There is a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the main road otherwise it is a 15 minute walk which I did many mornings. It was a beautiful peaceful location. If you have any sort of accessibility or mobility issues this would not be the resort for you but I would 100 percent stay here again. Their is a private beach and numerous restaurants and staff were fantastic

Room was clean, staff very helpful, Sara was great. Shuttle rides up to the main street during busy hours can take a bit so give yourself plenty of time. 45 euros for a taxi from port to hotel , the other way 90 euros, be prepared to ride the bus into town.

We traveled from various parts of Europe before arriving at this hotel. It was a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the cities and touristy areas. We can’t recommend this place enough – it was a great experience. A special shout out to Antonio and Luigi, the shuttle drivers.!

Hotel is located right on the beach. Loungers and umbrella were included, as well as breakfast. It is a very steep hike up, but hotel has a car shuttle that takes guests up and down to hotel. Hotel has restaurant where they serve all meals. Breakfast was included in the price

This place is very unique in that it has its own private beach safe for families and not fighting a crowd. They pick you up from the marine if you book one of the boat excursions only. And the food at the few restaurants were good. Downside you need a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel or to the Bus that takes you to the sorrento city center, and sometimes there is a line to get the shuttle so not very convenient when you have limited time.

The location is gorgeous. The ocean is literally just steps from the hotel door. Staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. There were 3-4 restaurants open for dinner just 1-2 minutes walk away with very fresh seafood options. The hotel staff helped facilitate shuttles to tourist areas (Capri, Positano, Amalfi). But the hotel can be difficult to find since you need a shuttle to reach it. And signal is almost non existent near the hotel. You may have to drive 1-2 minutes back up the hill to get signal to contact the hotel for shuttle arrangements. But we felt it was worth it once we arrived at the hotel itself. Breakfast was also included in the adjacent restaurant every morning. Parking is included but off site (shuttle will show you where it is). Would definitely go back if in the area in the future.

Staff was always super helpful and very accommodating! They made sure that the guests were stressed free and they would take care of our problems while staying there and they sure did! They helped out figuring the timing of our train from Sorrento to Napoli Central and even helped us get a ride to get picked up from the hotel to the train station in Sorrento. Loved everything about this place and would totally book again!

This property was such a great choice for our stay. It was clean safe fun and not to mention beautiful. Staff was amazing. Antonio the golf cart driver was so skilled and got us to our taxi right on time, it was a blast. Can’t wait to come back!
