"The staff was amazing however the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel did not provide a shuttle and the buses stopped going down to the pier at a certain time. Taxi’s add up really quickly. The taxis overcharge as well due to location. I wish I would have stayed closer to Sorrento."

"We absolutely love staying here! It was so great to have a lift to help with luggage. The room was clean and fantastic! The view was breathtaking. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect and near the train station and the port. I highly recommend a stay here!"

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Il Palmento Relais. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good each day. The area is nice and quiet just outside of Sorrento without the high prices. We will definitely be back. We also ate at the restaurant on two nights and both nights it was excellent. Guests receive a 10% discount at the restaurant so it's definitely worth trying. "

"This was definitely our favourite stay while being in Italy. Service here has been incredible. Room got upgraded. Breakfast included is always a bonus. Location has been so nice. It’s about 100m away from bus stop that takes you into to sorrento town. Which was perfect for us. We booked a 12 person boat tour to almalfi and positano which I highly recommend. Other day we took ferry out of sorrento to Capri. If you have time to do one of each.. do it. During the time we stayed here it was a bit chilly but they have a pool which I’m sure during spring summer and early fall is amazing. This place is definitely 100/10. Thank you for a wonderful stay Melrose! "
