"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning!

"Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didnât work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. Corners of the walls were crumbling, shower was AWFUL, worst Iâd ever had in hotel. Shower head was disgusting and hot water ran out in 8 minutes. Water leaked everywhere from the shower cubicle. One of the worst rooms Iâve ever stayed in, in my life! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, this was the only positive, they were always friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was good/ok. They had good gluten free options for breakfast also."
