"Nothing wrong with it, nothing special either. It was clean, a little worn around the edges. Staff was friendly enough, breakfast was better than some, worse than others. Nothing special. Average hotel."

"I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. The floors were sticky, the pictures on the walls had visible dirt on them, and overall the room did not seem well cleaned. The beds seemed fine, but the cleanliness and condition of the hotel did not match the price we paid. I was also frustrated that we were not informed about the shuttle to the casino. We only discovered it the next day after seeing a sign that had not been on the counter the previous day. Better communication from the staff would have been very helpful."

"Booked a double queen room and when I arrived and checked in the reception was good. Got to my room to walk into a King bed. I was with my 14 year old granddaughter for a volleyball tournament. I was Told they did not have any double queen rooms available. Why bother booking a double queen room if they can't accommodate what you pay and book for. Front desk told me that they could not put me in the room I booked."
