"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Absolutely perfect night left us wishing we could stay longer! We opted to eat dinner at Hotel Gallia as well & were really happy with our food, breakfast was equally as good. Our room was comfortable, a lovely bed. Friendly owner(s)/staff, we jokingly got around to talking about coming back for our honeymoon .. with the Stelvio pass being nearby & both my partner and I being die-hard motorcyclists we would more than consider it!"
