"It was the most greatest experience. With the prior hotels I stayed at before in Knoxville, TN, the America's Best Value Inn is number 1. The bed was very comfortable with having the best sleep I have ever had. The room was so very nice and it was quite place to stay at. I will be using this place again for my future stays. I recommend it to anyone, take advantage of it. You will not regret it.v"

"Good location and close proximity to everything. The staff was very nice upon checking in and always greeted us when we were coming and going. The hotel is definitely not new and needs a bit of updates but it was comfortable, quiet and convenient. The make your own apple cinnamon waffle on the continental breakfast was delicious."

"The floors of our room weren't very clean. The wet floor towels proved that as we'd run feet over them during bathroom visits. I suggest wearing socks or house shoes or slippers."
