"The lido, beach & rock coves & pool, at the hotel was phenomenal!! To me this is what sets this hotel apart in Taormina. You have your own private haven with gorgeous views and crystal clear water, as well as an easy and delicious pool and beach casual restaurant & the lovely Le Grand Bleu if you’d like to have a proper full dining experience. Don’t miss dining there for dinner! Our newly renovated room was fantastic and clean and comfy, great bed - our best in our 15 night stay touring all over Sicily. Do not book one of the un-renovated rooms, I did originally and it was not a good experience with a broken shower head and door that would not properly lock (which the staff quickly attended to fixing, but I wasn’t happy with that room) - however, I was grateful to Giancarlo, the guest relations manager, who met with me after I raised concerns about the room and upgraded us as I hold status on Expedia and a guest cancelled their reservation- the hotel was fully booked. Giancarlo’s generosity in upgrading us changed my whole perspective of the hotel, and because of this and the amazing lido & food, I would absolutely book time and again any future trip I am lucky enough it to visit the magical Taormina! Thank you UNA Capotaormina!!"
"Awesome location easy walk to everything. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great modern rooms with enough space for suitcases etc. lovely pool are with amazing views. Would highly recommend"
"Very beautiful hotel, great location. Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast. Clean room. Very nice and helpful staff. Rita helped us book our excursion to mount etna, her smile and service made our day. Rooftop with a nice view of the city with a restaurant, very convenient if you prefer to stay in."
Quiete Taormina Naxos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
8/10 Good
"Very nice and new hotel. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The only thing is the bed not so comfortable but maybe that is personal to me? Also far from everything."
"This hotel is situated just on the edge of the main city on an unbelievably beautiful cliff in Taormina overlooking the beaches and bays below. Really breathtaking views - highly recommend splurging for the balcony. The pool was also very pretty, though we did not end up eating or drinking poolside. The bedrooms/bathrooms were pretty basic, but clean. Breakfast was not included, but at 22 euro, we did not partake.
***The one thing to note - the entrance to the hotel is at the bottom of an incredibly steep, roughly 250 foot-long hill. I'm talking 30-40 degree incline. There are stairs in the center of the road, but it's a hike. Like, we were out of breath every time we left the hotel. I couldn't recommend this hotel to anybody with mobility issues that is not planning on being driven from the hotel entrance every time they travel.*** But the views are unbeatable."
"Il y avait de l’air climatisée dans la chambre, mais elle fonctionnait par intermittence et elle n’était clairement pas à la température indiquée. Cependant, l’hôtel était très bien situé et le petit déjeuner était bien."
