"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

The bathroom was immaculate with strong water flow and all the essentials ready to use. Even the little details, like fresh slippers and working remotes, were taken care of. What impressed me most was how genuinely attentive the staff were. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile, which made my stay feel effortless and stress-free. Instead of feeling tired and overwhelmed after traveling, I was able to relax, recharge, and truly enjoy my vacation. Clover Hotel exceeded every expectation and set the standard for hospitality. "Nice working elevator, artworks here and there, modern industrial furnished rooms with ref, clean and comfy beddings, aircon is cold too. In room wifi, and a balcony. Can still improve with sound proofing. Thanks tho! Its a good hotel. ☺️"

"Too pricey for the accommodation. Hotel is off a main road and very noisy to sleep. Elevator was broken for two days and still broken when we checked out. There was coffee maker and cups but no coffee - just cream and sugar. Bed springs of bad quality."

"I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative arrangements on my own. While the hotel did eventually offer other accommodations, the overall experience was very poor and far from acceptable."
