"We like this hotel because is not too big and food and beverage are controlled and we can drink with ice and eat not cooked vegetables.
We like also the 2 different beaches (sandy and coral) and the evening bus to reach old sharm and naama bay. "

"Great all-inclusive holiday to just chill on the beach. Older hotel but still really good.
Mostly older package crowd which was great as very few kids running around. So very chilled.
Numerous beach and pool areas so you could pick your spot for the day on the loungers.
Food was great. Drinks and icecream kept flowwing.
The staff were fabulous! They do need to learn how to make a proper Mohito.
A nice shallow house reef for those a little nervous in deeper water.

I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
What I didn’t like:
The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him once in the morning—he looked young and wore glasses. To avoid issues, I suggest allowing some buffer time when arranging transportation.
Also, the El Kababgy restaurant didn’t meet expectations—the meat felt greasy and had an unpleasant smell, making it not worth the price. A better option is to try the hotel buffet for lunch or dinner instead.
Overall:
Great location and staff, with some service inconsistencies and restaurant quality issues—but I would definitely stay here again."

The quality of food was good however I suggest different menu each days rather than fixed ones. The hotel provides access to private beach free with free towel and settings. The hotel has nice swimming pool. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was good with powerful hot water. There is in site SPA with sauna, streaming room and massage services. Highly recommend and it was good value for money."
