"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. "Room was nice and well equipped, staff was friendly, airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. Restaurant was good with local atmosphere. Floor in room was pretty beat up and grout between tiles in the bathroom was moldy, still overall ok, would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for those two things."

"We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee."
