"I liked how modern and clean the rooms were. I booked two rooms, I loved that the hotel called me to ask my estimated arrival time and asked if I would like my rooms connected by an adjoining door. The gift shop sales clerks was so nice and supportive. I needed a razor and he helped me locate one in the store, asked me for my players card and offered me to use my casino rewards. I was on my cell phone not paying too much attention to the transaction and quickly realized he was looking out for me. Ultimately I was able to make the purchase using my reward points and no additional funds came out of my pocket. He also kindly provided me with a print out of my rewards status."
