"Recent updates in our room. Still needs some maintenance as bathroom sink was slow to drain. We were disappointed when we looked out our window at a brick wall,.but that is what happens sometimes. Comfortable bed, good shower. We ate at the pub beside the property, Fenwick and Baker and it was good. Parking was across the street."

"Very clean hotel, lovely sheets and the softest hotel towels. Pool was fun, outdoor space is a nice touch. Gym is small but glad it was there. Breakfast was not included but the breakfast in the restaurant was good. Would definitely stay again."

"The building and rooms felt new or recently renovated, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room had a balcony, which was a lovely feature and a great place to relax. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and everything kept well stocked. We especially appreciated the made-to-order omelets, which were a nice touch and made the breakfast even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. "

"Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Lady who checked us in was a little grumpy (pretty sure she was the owner) but well worth putting up with a salty check in for the price, comfort, and cleanliness...Perfect pit stop if you just need a quick overnight...Oh yeah, the cleaning lady (we think) walked in on us in the morning. No knock, no polite "housekeeping" just barge in the door and stare at us as we lay prone in the bed.. LOL. After a couple seconds of her just staring at us we had to shout "please leave"...Couple quirky inconveniences but we would stay there again...We'd still give it a 9/10 unless that wasn't the cleaning lady and that's a little scary for us to think about...lmao."
