"A decent place to stay for the price. Convenient to dining options. The room was clean and well lit. Water pressure was fine. The mattresses were a bit soft for my liking. There was no hair dryer in the room. 😟 When staff cleans a room there should be a checklist of essentials they sign to indicate the room is ready. Having ear plugs supplied at the bedside should’ve been an early indicator of a noisy air conditioner. The staff is trying hard, but renovations are needed."

"The renovation of an existing motel is very well done. Considering the price per night is almost 1/2 of the chain motels, we were concerned with staying there the first time. Now, if we ever need a room in this town, this place would be our first choice. It is a motel and not a hotel, which means you park for free at your room door, and enter your nice room from the outside of the building. "Very clean, pool chemicals were to strong though."

"I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff."

"We rebook here because the beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is good. All usual fair but really good . Breakfast lady is super nice and keeps the food hot and ready . We booked the suite this time and it was nice and lots of room. Very safe area . I would suggest some attention to the pool area. We enjoyed it but it needs attention. Madison itself is amazing!! Lots to do ."

"This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. "The hotel charged us twice and did not give us a refund. I dialed the charge with my credit card company and nothing. I really liked the town, but I won't stay here again ever."
