"Excellent location few minutes from Marble Arch tube, keen and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy and everything worked. Elevator was out of service during my stay, so needed to use the narrow stairs. Not a problem for myself, good exercise. An upgrade or other such gesture would have been nice, but hotel was full. 2nd stay and will likely be back soon. "

"The hotel is located in a village setting with restaurants and stores throughout the area. The area has an upscale neighborhood feeling. The tourist destinations are reachable by Uber and taxi in Uber 20 minutes. "

"Location is great. The Front Desk & the bell service were great. Loved about the toilet. ( just like everywhere in Japan. washlet toilet ). Price for the room is a bit over priced. Also In-Room dining menu has room to improve for menu selections. Lobby area is beautiful with flower arrangement. I would select this hotel again for London stay. "
