"Many spots on the sheets but i took my own cleaners and sheet so I didn't care abt that. The air would not go below 73 degrees that night. I called the front desk and someone came up to the rm abt 30minutes later. They tried to do all the things I did. It didnt work. They said maintaince was gone for the night and left. Nothing came up after that. We had to open the windows to lower the temp. I told them at check out they said since i already paid they couldnt do anything but comp my parking for the night."

"Very very out dates hotel. But suited our needs for an overnight stay to get to the hospital the next morning. Staff was friendly !"

"The hotel is fine. Nice spacious room and very clean. We were at the 7th floor, quiet and nobody walking on top of us. Breakfast is great. Housekeeping is non existent. Asked multiple times to have at least new towels and we ended up having to get them by ourselves every day. Front desk is courteous but not efficient. Last day before leaving they assured us that the parking was paid (it’s not included but we knew it ahead) and the ticket to exit had a QR code to open the gate, but we had to go back to the front desk (the garage is underground and it’s shared with multiple businesses) and have a new QR code. The best thing is that the hotel has direct access to the metro. So it’s convenient to travel downtown "
