"I was very impressed with this hotel. It was extremely quiet, and the room was exceptionally well soundproofed. In fact, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room with such good sound insulation. The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. The only things we think could be improved are the pillows, which were a bit too thin, and the housekeeping service. We didn’t receive any room service during our stay, although we probably could have if we had requested it. I understand that the hotel charges for parking, but I do think it’s a bit unfortunate to have to pay for parking on top of the room rate. That said, it wasn’t a major issue. We had a problem with the TV, and it was resolved within minutes after we reported it to the front desk. The service was outstanding (10/10), and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also very close to the beach—less than a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel."

"There was 1 staff member who was overwhelmed with the influx of guests at and the service request and it showed with her frustration in handling customers complaints. I had an issue with the access cards given to me in gaining access to my room 204 on 6/19/26 and her initial response was it was not her problem when she was prompted by the staff for assistance who was doing the check in."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, it was quiet despite being on the highway, and staff was friendly. We could view the ocean from the window, and the bay from the balcony. We were on the 5th floor in the south building. Bagels and muffins were available in the morning at the office. The elevator was a bit scary, it liked to pause for long moments then lurch around. The bathroom was ridiculously small, barely room to stand and turn around, the sink was in the hallway. While the queen beds were comfortable, the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Parking spaces were very narrow and it was hard to get in/out of the vehicles especially next to the walls. You can walk to various places easily, and it's close to the beach."

"They are reasonably priced and you can easily walk to the beach! Isn’t that why you came? The owners are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The property is older but they have updated much and continue to improve it and the room was very clean and parking is great! If you are looking for the Hilton go to the Hilton ! If if you’re looking for a good value, a great location, and good management and a family friendly spot..this is it! I hated to leave."
