"Bathroom had bugs. I took a picture. Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Lot’s of baseball kids were running and screaming throughout the floors and hotel staff did nothing. "

"The room was clean at check in, however, they did not clean the room once during the 3 night stay. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and slow. Felt like I had to beg just for towels. The hot tub had what felt like an inch of sand on the bottom. None of the equipment in the fitness center was working and no signs or information that it wasn't. Decent at best"

"The gave my room away and had to transfer me to another hotel witch was horrible. The room was not cleaned, there was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom . The sink was clogged. It smelled like smoke"

"cigarette holes and blood on the sheets (which they will not replace after 10p, btw). noisy ass fan, and the highway has no noise wall, so you're kept up all night. stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache "

"I rented a roll in shower due to bilateral aka, “ no legs” and for two night could not take shower because it was not accessible to a wheelchair and staff said they did not have a chair to sit in shower so I may use!"
