"The staff are exceptionally hard working. Very friendly, polite, helpful. Their English language is limited, yet they still go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. It is an old establishment, yet the cleanliness was excellent and up to my high standards. We felt safe and comfortable. I am Autistic and sensitive to lights and noise, neither were a problem. It was quiet and we had good nights sleeps. Across the road from the beautiful scenic river which is lovely to walk by. Close to town and attractions. "

"We only were spending one night so I was not worried about and itirs and was so impressed with the room The owners suggested great places to eat and made us feel so welcome. I would gladly recommend this wonderful facility and when we come back to Palmerston North in August we will plan to stay here The location was ideal, walk to dinner downtown and around the corner to the esplanade.
