Dont get distracted by the pictures. They are staged. The house from the outside is nice But… the classic room is just like a time ride in the Middle Ages. Pool beds are almost broken, wheel lose, pillows ripped off. Wonder if there is shower curtains still in hotel - yes you will find them here. The walls need to be painted, lot of scratches. 4 stars - I don’t know. Better choose a Masseria. At the pool the bar always is abandoned. The cleaning hose just thrown in a corner. Not very attractive. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The pool is okay, but the rooms are dirty. It was impossible to eat the breakfast at all. Even the cutlery and glasses were dirty. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. However, the nearby restaurant Bros was absolutely wonderful, but you don’t need to stay at the hotel to eat there. There was dirty water in the bathtub when we arrived at the room, and the floors were filthy. The gate didn’t open when we arrived, so we had to go inside to ask them to open it so we could drive in with the car. No one helped with the luggage, and it was quite a walk from the parking lot. I do not recommend this hotel — there are so many lovely places for half the price.

The pros; the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, eager to be helpful. The room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. The grounds are beautiful. Parking easy and free. The cons; the hotel is tired and although claims to be 5*, but having stayed in many - I can see the differences. Twice we waited too long for drinks (€15 a spritz is certainly 5* pricing), needing to repeat our order to eventually get them - despite the hotel not being busy. Breakfast wasn't great - fresh fruit was very small slices (eg 1-2 strawberries sliced) all on a small plate which quickly ran out. We also waited far too long for coffees and the hot omelette - which arrived as we were leaving (only 3 other tables occupied on that day). Just not 5* service. The final negative was the €50 per person per use of the onsite "spa", a lukewarm jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a steam room. Having been told this was included when we asked, we were very surprised to be charged and had to negotiate the removal of the charge, which to their credit was done under the circumstances. However it made an uncomfortable end to an already under-par stay. The cost should be made clear, there was plenty of opportunity to explain the cost to us both at the main reception and at the spa reception. There was also nothing about it in the room information, which I always read thoroughly. We spent 10 days in Puglia, there are better places to stay for less cost.

Bonjour, Nous avons réservé 7 nuitées du 3/11 au 10/26 dans cet établissement / chambre 108. voici ce que nous avons acheté - liste non exhaustive - Personnel: Hormis les deux jeunes femmes à la réception, l'ensemble du personnel est totalement apathique et d'une inefficacité rare. Petit déjeuner: service tragico- comique. Tables non débarrassées, essuyées en jetant les miettes par terre, croissant brulés ou non cuits, de toute façon ils sont infects etc etc.. Parc: semble abandonné, pelouse cramée. Aucun nettoyage, les verres et bouteilles vides restent là toute la journée, les transats sont dans un état frisant l'insalubrité (cf photos). Aucune serviette disponible, une femme de ménage de passage nous à proposé une serviette humide sans doute déjà utilisé par un autre client ?? Chambre 108: située au dessus de la salle de restauration et cuisine: bruit de ventilation insupportable + bruit incessant du personnel montant et descendant un escalier métallique Nettoyage chambre: 10 min chrono. Etat chambre: les sanitaires fuient de partout, tous les pommeaux sont partiellement bouchés par le calcaire. Toilettes douteuses voir photos NB: Merci à la direction de ne pas se ridiculiser à répondre à cet avis et publiant le copier /coller de circonstance
