"I asked at the front desk whether we were entitled to complimentary parking, and I was specifically told that we were and that I only needed to exchange the parking ticket at the reception desk. "Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."
