"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est trÚs déplorable et pas professionnel
La personne sur place sâest permise de nous dĂ©caler la reservation sans nous prĂ©venir sous prĂ©texte quâil avait un problĂšme dans lâappartement.
Lâappart est trĂšs salle.
Câest dommage quâon donne de la responsabilitĂ© Ă des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc.

"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT!
These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units.
The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them.
The apartment had a gas leak...

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivĂ©s selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de mĂȘme de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant quâune chambre puisse se libĂ©rer car il avait louĂ© la notre !
