The only downside was the mattress on the sofa bed-it was a real spring mattress. I didn’t even know those were still made. It was terribly uncomfortable. A hotel this nice should fork out the $100 to get a better quality item. "

"The place was clean so bonus there. But the bed was reminiscent of sleeping on boulders. And loud like rustling plastic bags with every move. AC did not work. Luckily the chair was somewhat comfy to sleep for an hour."

"Do not reserve room 311. It is so loud due to the elevator motor. We c I understand not sleep in the king bed that came with the suite. We had to close off the room and sleep on the floor area in the living room. We tried everything to get to away from the sound. Hotel was full and they could not provide us a new room. It was a nightmare. No manger on site for the weekends."
