St.Mary's church, Marston, Lincs. An Early English tower with broach spire, and nave; a Victorian chancel restored by Charles Kirk in 1880. Many monuments to the Thorolds who have lived at the hall since the fourteenth century - most recently, the late Henry Thorold, celebrated antiquarian and enthusiastic patron of so many Lincolnshire churches.

Very clean and comfortable but horrendous noise outside room 10 from some kind of motor/pump kicking in every 5mins! Unsure how many other rooms affected. Unable to sleep even with ear plugs. Needs addressing.
