"The hotel and the location is very great. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free unlimited coffee and netflix when you have had enough sight seeing. There is also a gym along with a modern lobby area where one can do a quick checkout. Above everything the reception and the crew members are super helpful especially Julia. "I arrived after 6 PM and it was stressful to see there was no staff available for check‑in. Fortunately, I followed the instructions and everything worked smoothly. The room was very small, which I understand is common in Europe, but overall I wasn’t impressed. It felt basic, and the price didn’t really match what was offered. I suppose you pay for the brand, but it doesn’t always guarantee higher standards.I did enjoy the breakfast — the cheese, yogurt, and coffee were very good — but the overall stay didn’t leave me wowed."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."

"The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"

"Wonderful location close to the lake and old town. The A/C worked really well, which was so nice! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but can get crowded. Only issues were a very small shower, and a large window (without any curtain) in the bathroom. Other guests could see right in so we ended up having to hang a towel over the window for privacy."
