"Desk staff was helpful & accommodating when I asked for a room on the second floor & a quieter area. When checking out the desk staff was nice. Nice clean room but the towels could be nicer. They are too thin & need to be replaced. The room is clean & large."

"Our check in & out was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Our room was very clean, the bed pretty comfortable & the pillows were ok. Parking was easy with plenty of handicap spots. Everything was good -- except the breakfast. English muffins were so hard we couldn't split them, eggs were gritty/powdery tasting, the gravy was lumpy."
