Perfect for an overnight stay, wouldn’t consider longer than 2 nights.
Room was big and spacious. Aircon was a bit hit and miss. Pool was lovely. Food in restaurant was decent , nothing special but not bad.
Very nice hotel, comfy rooms, clean, good var and very friendly staff. The pool was good, its not heated. The food was average with the kids food being over cooked. Otherthan that a great spot to stop on route to southern or northern france.
Mostly the stay was very good, with very friendly staff and good facilities. We were not informed that we needed to make a dinner reservation and when we arrived at about 5.30pm after a long day of driving, we were told that the earliest we could eat was 9pm. The staff were very helpful and we were able to eat at 8pm. It would be helpful if there were instructions about how to book a table for dinner.
We arrived early enough to get an EV charging space. All the units worked and had extendable cables so no need to get your own out.
The place smells great as you walk in and staff welcoming. The room was good, although the toilet valve was not working so we had to keep turning the water supply off to reset it. I think the double glazing needs replacing, room was a little cold in the morning and a huge amount of condensation had formed inside on the panes. (They’ve lost their vacuum)
We opted for half board and had already decided what we wanted from the menu, only to be told we couldn’t choose from that menu and were presented with a much pared down one. There wasn’t anything on there I liked so we had to negotiate getting a change for a small charge. However with an as much as you like breakfast and a room with two dogs and a child we felt it was very good value for money.
Location to the motorway was good, the room was a good size, however there was mold on the window frame and a dirty coffee stick in the fridge. The restaurant was pleasant and staff friendly but food less than acceptable. The piece of fish was dry, a lot of brown, not appetizing at all. Very disappointing.
This hotel was an overnight stop on the way home from Holiday. They were clearly exactly that for most of the customers but did it really well.
The hotel is aging a little bit but the staff were excellent and they catered really well for parents with kids, would definitely use it again when passing through.
The Buffet dinner is expensive and quite chaotic early in the evening, the food is average. Breakfast is included and the family room has bunk beds. Overall good service and room.
Just 10 mins of the autoroute with outside parking ideal if you have a roof box or skis rack. The rooms are pretty decent and the staff very friendly. The food is disappointing. Dinner was average but there is a nice bar area.
After accepting our booking they cancelled our reservation saying they didn’t have enough rooms but they still took the payment which I’m trying to get back
Super friendly staff - couldn’t have been any nicer. The rooms are clean and comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. The only thing that lets it down - and it lets it down BADLY to the extend we wouldn’t stay here again is that the food is appalling. You have no choice in this area but to eat at the hotel and sadly it is dire.
