"It was a very nice stay only there was a bit of bed smell in the bathroom but clean
Staff was very freindly and helpfull
Free parking was very safe and a good bfast"
"Easy parking round the back of the Hotel
Breakfast was basic but good. Offered omelettes/ scrambled eggs some mornings!
Good coffee with breakfast but can be left waiting for it.
Hotel requires the room key to be handed to reception when leaving the premises then collected when you return. ( weird , but caused me no issues )
Free x4 bikes to use, could do with some maintenance but managed to make do.
Fridge in room - small but useful.
A/C in room very cool
Shower / bathroom lovely"
"The Hotel is a little out of town but the walk along the sea front is fine to get to restaurants. The reception staff and all others were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless as were the majority of indoor areas. The pool could do with a bit of an update . It was clean though . The loungers weee not very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, wide range and well presented .
The only thing to mark it down is the presence of the owner sitting all day long sprawled in the foyer area. He presented as gruff and most unwelcoming he just sits for 8 hours in a chair . It is very odd."
"Exceptional stay in Marsala! Great location—-just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Memory foam mattresses and lots of space! Also a nice rooftop patio. We didn’t get the breakfast, but I believe it was served up there. Communication was clear and easy. Highly recommend!"
"Staying at the Dome Hotel was a very special experience. It’s a family run hotel, and you can tell that the entire family and their staff care deeply about their guests’ time. Everyone went above and beyond to make our nine night stay as great as it could be. The breakfasts were next level and include designer pastries. The rooftop has the best view in town. And besides being a hotel, The Dome seemed to be at the centre of all of Marsala’s action - there was always an event on!
Thank you Giuseppe and team for making our time with you so memorable!"
