Best hotel ever

This place is the best hotel in the world due to the incredible staff… Mossab, Nour, Said and Mohammed (ocean blue) were just so kind and made our stay outstanding. The pools, beach, food and rooms were all outstanding… can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is in a very remote location—great for diving, but there’s little else to do. The pool and the sea were beautiful, and the view from the room was nice. However, the food was disappointing, and the nearby towns were overcrowded tourist traps. An okay stay, but not ideal if you’re looking for variety.

Best hotel in the world

This hotel only existed in my dreams until last week! It exceeded all expectations and what made it super special were the staff who were so kind and amazing people… special mentions go to Mossab, Nour in the hotel and Said who worked at the beach and Mohammed who managed Ocean Blue diving centre. The rooms were so comfortable, food had so much choice, pools everywhere and a cute train that drove us to the beach.. not that we needed it as the beach was so close with the best reef in Marsa Alam! Everything this hotel did was five star I want to move in! Will be back multiple times a year. Thank you to the best team ever!

Pretty Good But Not 5-Star

The premises of the resort were pretty good, almost of 5-star level. The total experience did not reach 5-star level, however, and here’s why: - The wifi was a joke. I haven’t experienced a wifi this bad in a hotel for 15-20 years. Here it was below 1-star level. - Food variety was pretty good but quality was about 3-star level. Beverages were of 2-star level. Only the seafood restaurant at the beach reached 5-stal level, except for the quality of the wines, which was also about 2-star level. - The staff was mainly friendly, helpful and polite, reaching a 4-star+ level. - Entertainment and activities left quite a bit to wish for, reaching maybe a 3-star+ level. - The room was okay, although not quite 5-star level. The bed was barely okay. All in all, the room reached a 4-star+ level. - The gym was pathetic. - The beach and the coral reef in front of it were pretty good. - There were a lot of flies in the outdoor areas.

Disappointing Stay 😭 Not recommended at All

* It is not permitted to swim in the Hotel' Beach due to corals. So u have to walk to a nearby public beach to swim under yr own responsibility!! This what hotel wrote on beach!! No privacy or safety at all at the Public Beach due to visitors coming from outside.. * Staff are seeking tips for everything they do even for normal room cleaning.. They are not trained at allll ( loud voice, speaking in non descent way about guests, don't respect guests and leave them waiting in queue at dinner and say don't bother, let them wait!!, staring at guests especially on beach.. Etc) * The Chef was sitting with his family on the pool with the uniform * Food is tooooo bad, tasteless.. Snacks is only bad pizza everyday on beach.. They mix juice powder with water and serve u a cup of colored water at breakfast and dinner.. Fresh juice is sold for 4 - 6$.. They also offer any drink for the all inclusive guests with charge after 12 am!! * Animation Team don't exist on beach, only at the pool.. One day they didn't make a night show and offered a party just for guests who pay 10$ and prohibited others to enter 🙄.. * Rooms are old and need renovation.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana FAVOLOSA, mangiare ottimo, punto mare eccezionale per fare snorkeling e vedere tartarughe marine, camerieri gentilissimi e tutto lo staff sempre sorridente....complimenti ci rivediamo il prossimo anno..grazie Hilton

Mitigé

Assez mitigé sur notre séjour, en effet bien que le resort soit très agréable ainsi que les chambres, le personnel et le service. Nous avons eu la sensation d’être enfermé. En effet, vous ne pouvez sortir de l’hôtel qu’en utilisant les taxis et services de transferts proposé par l’hôtel à des tarifs exorbitants (40€ pour aller à port ghalib !). Surtout ne tombez pas malade car la seule « pharmacie » que vous trouverez est celle de l’hôtel où à titre d’exemple on vous demandera 20€ pour une tablette de strepsil, du grand n’importe quoi. Le gros désavantage de cet hôtel est qu’il se trouve au milieu de nul part donc vous êtes tenus d’utiliser les services proposés par l’hôtel à des tarifs plus élevé qu’en Europe ! Hormis cela, sa situation sur la plage d’Abu dabbab est très pratique bien que son accès est réglementé par des horaires stricts (plus d’accès dès 18h) à titre de comparaison l’hôtel voisin se trouvant sur la plage lui aussi ne réglemente pas l’accès à la plage par des horaires.

Das Resort können wir nur sehr empfehlen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und fleißig. Zur Verpflegung können wir nur sagen, hervorragend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Très bien pour du Snorkeling

De loin le meilleur emplacement dans le secteur de Marsa Alam pour les amoureux de snorkeling : l'hôtel dispose d'un accès direct à la baie la plus intéressante de la région. L'hôtel est propre et entretenu, le personnel globalement agréable. Les repas compris dans la formule "tout inclus" sont corrects, mais malheureusement beaucoup moins que lorsqu'on souhaite ajouter des extras. Seules les "animations" et spectacles sont bien en dessous du niveau général, avec un programme rarement respecté et une équipe semblant peu investie pour se renouveler d'un jour à l'autre...

Das Buffet ist zu allen Mahlzeiten reichhaltig und zumeist auch qualitativ hochwertig. Neben Speisen, die sich an vornehmlich europäische und amerikanische Touristen richten gab es auch immer eine schöne Auswahl an landestypischen Speisen. Die Zimmer waren groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Hotel gehört ein eigener bewachter Strandabschnitt mit Bar, bei der man ganztägig Getränke, Eis, und kleine Snacks bekommt. Vom Strand sind es nur 100m bis zum Einstieg ins Riff. Das Riff ist eines der schönsten und am besten intakten an der Küste von Marsa Alam. Daneben gibt es an den Seegraswiesen in. der Bucht jeden Tag große Meeresschildkröten zu sehen.

Had voor Hilton beter verwacht

mooi hotel, met ruime schonen kamers. Eten is niet echt warm, fruit vaak hetzelfde. Heb na lange tijd van veel vakantie weer eens de gehele vakantie last van mijn darmen gehad. Animatie vonden wij slecht, kinderachtig, begint niet op tijd en loopt niet lekker door. Strand is zowel lopend als met een treintje bereikbaar maar ook goed te lopen. Is een waanzinnig mooi rif voor de deur waar je bij het hotel niet in mag, je moet ruim 500 mar lopen voor je het water in mag. Hotel taxi service maakt verschil in prijs voor buitenlanders en mensen van egyptische afkomst.

Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv, wenn auch die Durchsetzung der Regel lange Hosen am Abend im Hauptrestaurant zu tragen etwas rückständig ist.

The nicest staff. Overall experience was good. If I had a negative thing to say it is that the quality of food was not up to Hilton’s standards. The resort is huge, so make sure you got your walking shoes.

La situación y la playa excelentes

El personal de recepción muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y bien mantenidas. La playa del hotel excelente, especialmente para las personas que no son jóvenes ni grandes nadadores ,ya que el arrecife lo tienes allí mismo sin esfuerzos. La comida del buffet no fue de mi agrado, aunque reconozco que eso es muy personal.

Maten var väldigt god och det fanns mycket att välja på. Matsalen innomhus var ganska okej men ljudnivån var väldigt hög. Matsalen utomhus var tyvärr inget vi ville använda för att det var mycket fågelbajsa på både borden och stolarna. Personalen gjorde självklart vad de kunde och städade men tyvärr inte tillräckligt för att det skulle vara fräscht att äta där ute. Rummet vi hade under vår vistelse var mysigt och fint. Stranden vid Hotellet och solstolar var ingen höjdare. Abu Dabbab stranden lite längre bort där du kan bada och snorkla.
