TUI BLUE Medina Gardens – Adults Only – All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We travel quite a bit, and this is genuinely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we have had. First and foremost, a HUGE mention for Medi at front of house. What an absolute gem! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His warmth and genuine kindness made our stay so memorable. Management, look after this man – he deserves a medal!A personal thank you to the General Manager for the lovely bottle of wine and to all the staff who helped organise my husband's birthday surprises. Such thoughtful touches! The gardens are stunning, full of beautiful plants and fruit trees. My favourite spot was the tranquil courtyard with its fountain. The food was brilliant, restaurant staff super friendly, and the all-inclusive drinks selection one of the best we've experienced. The evening entertainment was outstanding! The band kept us dancing, karaoke was great fun, and the lead female singer has an incredible voice. The location is fantastic, with the souks within easy walking distance. Even the porters and security guards at the entrance were so welcoming, always asking about our day. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping made me smile every day by arranging my pyjamas into different patterns! My only gripe was the pool, which was advertised as heated but unfortunately wasn't. Thank you to everyone, but especially Medi. You are what makes this hotel special. Give that man a medal! ❤️"

"The hotel condition is immaculate. The smell is amazing and you can definitely feel it is a 5 star hotel. The food is great as an all inclusive with a lovely massive pool. Room was clean and big. Waterpark next door is also wonderful. The staff were all very good and helpful. They made the stay special. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff and doorman"

Riad Palais des Princesses
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options. The rooms were comfortable and maintained. Overall the riad is quiet and blocked from outside noise, but you can hear every door open and close throughout the night, so not great if you are a light sleeper."

Radisson Blu Hotel, Marrakech Carré Eden

"Great hotel and staff. Very supportive and also helped us move room to get a better view. Only let down was one particular house keeping staff- who never seemed to clean the room at all. Otherwise a great stay. Very local to various locations. Great swimming pool for family to enjoy. Highly recommend this."

"A big massive shout out to the manager as he was so welcoming gave me a number to contact them if I had any issues and checked me in 2 hours earlier than check in time so I didn't have to wait around. The Riad is beautiful. It has been the most beautiful hotel experience I've had. The reception, each section has a different theme and then my room was stunning. I loved the Moroccan themes the stained glass windows and the walk in shower. The breakfast was perfect, they bring a selection of bread, mint tea, coffee and make your eggs on request . The staff are accommodating and friendly . I also did the hammam and massage, and it was a pleasurable experience."

"So glad we chose Riad MARRAPLACE! Very clean room. Lots of little comforts like robes and a tea kettle in the room. Highly attentive staff. Laundry service and airport shuttle available. Everything just super easy and never put the staff out. Wonderful breakfast and of course the location. Would stay again!"
