La chambres a été remboursée, apparemment il n avait pas pu avoir notre réglement? Et il a fallut attendre 3jours, après un accord de règlement sur place, pour apprendre que la chambre était déjà reprise. Riad cependant non trouvé ni sur Google ni par les organisateurs d excursions. Alors contents d en avoir pris un autre !

We booked and pre-paid through Expedia and had received our confirmation etc however when we arrived in Morocco in the evening we found out that the place was under construction and not available. When we tried to book another hotel nearby via the Expedia website we could not and would recover the message ‘ something went wrong’. I messaged Expedia rep for help & they could not reach this hotel nor could they tell me why I was receiving an ‘something went wrong’ when I tired to book other accommodation. They thought it might be too late in the evening to book at Hotel in the app in this city. Thankfully we found a nearby hotel in person however the cost for one night was the same as 3 nights at this hotel. Expedia rep offered 50 $ for the challenge and said they would contact this hotel. I have not heard any message back from Expedia nor this hotel. I’m quite disappointed wit both parties . This was an expensive and stressful situation that could have been avoided. It was terrible to arrive in the evening in a unknown city thinking all was paid for arranged & then to find out there is no place to stay.

I would strongly advise against booking here. I made this reservation weeks in advance and made multiple attempts to contact the property prior to my trip. I received absolutely no response. No confirmation, no reassurance, nothing. Because of their complete lack of communication, I was forced to scramble and book another riad the day before my international flight to avoid arriving in a foreign country without secure accommodations. This caused unnecessary stress and additional expense that could have been avoided with basic professionalism. If a property cannot respond to paying guests before arrival, that is a major red flag. I cannot recommend staying here.
