"Warmly welcomed by the lovely Lucia & her husband, her place is perfectly positioned in the central part of Oppido making it very walkable to all the interesting points in the awesome cultural town, the locals are all so hospitable, it was an extreme pleasure to visit my mum‘s hometown. Lucia’s home is lager than expected, 3 double bedrooms & 2 bath rooms, 6 to 10 people could easily stay here, full kitchen & nice courtyard, nothing more needed in this home."

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Finding this property by accident was one of the best experiences. The property is absolutely stunning, the location is amazing, the food is fantastic and the staff is friendly, professional, attentive and incredibly accommodating. This is can’t miss property in Tropea if you find yourself there. Would love to come back."

"This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. We paid for ‘sea view’ but the bushes were too high to see any kind of view. Additionally, I forgot to list that it was 3 adults. Despite the room description stating it slept 3 in the room, they made us pay an additional $100 per night for the extra adult. There is no elevator. Only stairs. So if you have a big luggage, be ready to carry it down and up stairs or roll it up the big hill outside. Overall, I was happy with the location. The pool was great, the views from the property was beautiful. The restaurant was very good. One thing to note, they do not provide bottled water. It is all extra charge for the mini fridge. Also, the beach is a micro beach. There was no live music."
