"The staff are delightful and provided a lovely space to freshen up before our room was ready. Traveling out of Montparnasse after our stay was so easy. My only suggestion is better lighting in the bathroom. It looks gorgeous, but it’s a challenge to see. "

"Staff here were so incredible, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Allyson allowed us to check-in early which was appreciated especially with the jet lag. I wish I took more names down as everyone went above and beyond. The experience was so lovely I will definitely be booking with citizenM again in the future. The metro is so close by, access to main lines in Paris, super easy to get around. Only downside was room was a bit tight sometimes!"

"This property fit our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe. A huge plus is that the Eiffel Tower is less than a mile from the hotel. We felt safe walking to the tower and back. There are also many dining options within walking distance from the property. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future."

"We had a great four night stay at this hotel. All the comforts of home and the best view of the Eiffel Tower. You have to splurge for the Studio with balcony Eiffel Tower view but it was well worth it! The little table and chairs on the balcony looking at the tower was used everyday. If I can upload the video I took I will do it and you can get a look at the place before you pull the trigger. I read a few reviews from some people who mentioned the sound from the subway train. This is just people who have lived in a small quiet town and are not used to it. If you’ve ever lived in a large city anywhere in the world, you will get used to it quickly. Not to mention… that subway runs anywhere in the city and it is only steps from the hotel lobby! For 2 Euros! Also, they don’t come and clean the room unless you pay them to. So… you’ll just have to be courteous and live like a Parisien while you’re there. Pick up after yourself and you should be fine. If you need towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or pretty much anything else, it’s down on the second floor. Help yourself! There is a Monoprix (large grocery chain) RIGHT next door and a Fanprix across the street past the Metro. We used the kitchenette every day except for dinner which we went out for, nightly. Might I suggest Suffren, which is upscale with a great menu at decent prices. Not cheap but not through the roof. All that said, I urge you to book this hotel and that room in particular if it’s just the two of you. "

"We had a lovely 4-night stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. The staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out also to Fernando for being particularly welcoming and helping us when we first arrived). The rooms were spacious and had incredible views over Paris. We also went up to the skybar (rooftop bar) which was a wonderful experience watching the sunset and the tower begin to light up. The hotel gym has everything you could need and more! In terms of location the hotel is close to bus stops, the metro and Montparnasse train station (handy for trips to Versailles which you can get to in 20mins on the train). There are lots of restaurants around the hotel too, as well as two on-site. Would recommend this hotel and thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful."

"Although it may be a bit small, this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed at. It’s just enough for a couple of days in Paris. Note that it is very close to metro and it’s easy to get around. "
