"The room we received was very dusty and not clean. There was no electricity except for specific time at night. No hot water at all in any of the rooms I was told. Safe was broken and unusable. The pool water was muggy and you could barely see a few inch into it. It was unusable."

"Séjour prévu initialement au cap kimony qui nous a déplace au kimony ressort car le 1er était fermé. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Bungalow spacieux et climatisé (normalement) mais l'électricité permettant d'allumer la climatisation n'est pas disponible. Nous avons été prévenue que le groupe ..."
