In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

"A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!"
