"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We had a wonderful time and the apartment is very well situated in the heart of Verona. There are a couple of bars below the apartment, but all music stopped at 10.30pm. The bars themselves are worth a visit. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment is well furnished (there is no air dryer so remember to bring one, or go without) I would definitely visit again and would recommend the apartment without hesitation. The Truly Verona staff were very helpful and made an excellent stay...

"I had a wonderful stay while attending a conference. The staff were all professional, warm, friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring the city as it was walking distance from many of the sights. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The facilities were all very modern although the building and decor feel charmingly historic."
