"The hotel is accessible only by boat and once you reach the town you need to call the hotel to send a boat to pick you (in about 10 min). Staff was very professional, swimming areas were great, the rooms are a bit on the older side but still very pleasant. Views from the balconies are great. Visiting surrounding areas can be done by renting a boat."

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and was old and full of cigarette burn marks. The room was overall dirty, including the bathroom. The shower holder was broken and when the tap was on, it would get dislocated from its place each time. We brought this issues to the attention of hotel management and the only thing they did was to jot them down...
