Disaster

We booked a standard room online from the photos they had listed these photos were NOT for the standard room which was like a damp smelly storage room which i wouldnt store my bag in. The shower was thick with dirt and the door was a health and safelty risk as it was hanging with one screw absolutely terrible. Receptionst was very rude, asking why we spoke english and said he was manager when i asked to speak to the manager he even started shouting at us i m the manager! He gave us another room which was slightly better but it was still dirty definately not 4star standard. This hotel needs to be evaluated on the star system. Facilities, breakfast was poor no standard butter or coffee. Would we stay again here? Definitely NO

Öncelikle herkese tavsiye ederim Almanya’dan arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine gittim ve daha önce keşfetmediğim için büyük bir kayıp olarak görüyorum bundan sonra favori olarak tatil yerim akyaka ve mervehan oteldir !! Harika bir hizmet ve güler yüzlü personellerine çok çok teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel ağırlandık .otel çok temiz ve konforlu tam merkezi yerde her yere yakın kesinlikle tercih ederken tereddüt bile etmeyin .cennetten bir köşe şimdiye kadar yaptığım en güzel tatildi . Merve han çalışanlarına tekrar tekrar kahvaltıları , temizliği harikaydı , hizmet ve ilgi alakaları muhteşemdi teşekkür ediyorum. Seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere şimdiden çok özledim . Özlem Almanya

Rezalet!

Havuzun devirdaimi bozuktu, leş gibi bulanık bir suyu vardı. Odalardaki klima soğutmuyor hiç. Banyodaki duşakabin kırık. Kahvaltısı rezil. Otelin sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz birisi bizim duyacağımız şekilde bayat ekmekleri önce getirin insanlara diye çalışanları azarlıyor. Otelde otelin sahibinin ailesi olduğunu anladığımız sevimsiz bir aile mevcut. Biz akşam bahçede otururken çalan müziği kapattırıp son ses spor programı açtılar. Odalarımızda yastıklarda kıl ve lekeler vardı. Bu durumu çalışanlar da kabul ediyor ancak ellerinden birşey gelmiyor.

Her şey güzeldi ama kahvaltı çok vasattı. Bize hazırlanan tabakta azıcık zeytin peynir yerken otel çalışanları arka masada kendilerine sucuklu yumurta hazırladı :D

Rezervasyonu teyit etmek için 2 gün öncesinden perşembe günü hotele gittim.resepsiyon officende oturan hanımefendiye sordum odamız nasıl herhangi bir problem var mı diye.hanımefendi çok güzel odanız süit dedi.Cumartesi günü giriş için gittiğimizde dediler ki o odayı biz satmışız size daha güzel oda vereceğiz dediler.dediklerinin tam aksine küçük bir odada berbat bir hafta sonu tatili geçirmek zorunda kaldık.
